LEARNING TARGETS and UNITS OF STUDY

The course will be divided into seven units of study that span our nation’s history from the American Revolutionary War through the Reconstruction. Each of these units is aligned with California state content standards. Students will be held responsible for the work they complete in each unit on a Table of Contents, and the work will be turned in for final assessment on the day of the Unit Exam. Organization and timeliness are extremely important in this class as students are expected to keep their binders in excellent condition.
