- Submit Birth Certificate (TK, Kindergarten & First Grade)
- Parent Questionnaire
- Student Questionnaire (5th - 8th Grade Applicants)
- Transcripts
- Preschool Recommendation (TK & Kindergarten Applicants)
- Teacher Recommendation
- Grades 1 - 4 by core Teacher
- Grades 5 - 8 by both English and Math teacher
STEP 4 - Student Assessment & Parent Interview
Parent interviews will begin in January 2024 for families who have submitted their applications. The student assessment will take place on Saturday, February 3, 2024, for applicants with a completed application (all supplemental documents have been received).
Step 5 - Admissions Notification will be given on March 8, 2024
Applications and all supplemental documents are due January 26, 2024, for priority enrollment. After January 26, Barnhart transitions to Rolling Admissions.
