Virtues Program

The Virtues Project™ is the core of Barnhart School’s character education and citizenship program. The Virtues Project™ focuses on the common thread that runs through all religions. It includes the simple elements of spirituality and the universal values found in all cultures. Barnhart uses the Virtues Project ™ as a way of creating a culture of character in ourselves and our school.

Virtues are presented in Chapel and developed at grade level.They are taught through teachable moments, acknowledgement, and daily interactions. Students and teachers practice and embody the ideas developed through discussion, role modeling, supporting Barnhart School and the community at large.
