Bobcat Adventures - Before & After School Care
Bobcat Adventures incorporates academic assistance with homework, social interaction with peers, creative thinking and choices in various activities.
Before School Schedule & Activities
7:00 am-8:00 am Check-in.All student’s arriving before class time must check in to Bobcat Adventures.Student’s have the choice of playing with sports equipment, board games, puzzles or coloring books.
After School Schedule
3:00 pm-3:15 pm School dismissal, check-in and snacks.
3:20 pm-4:05 pm Homework Assistance and Board Games.
- We offer academic assistance to all students while following the homework policy of each grade level teacher.
- We encourage critical thinking and social interaction through play.
4:10 pm-4:55 pm Sports and Group Activities.
5:00 pm-5:40 pm The Arts (drama, music, crafts and painting).
- Students can showcase their creative side by painting, drawing, dancing, cooking, singing, acting or designing various craft projects.
5:45 pm-6:00 pm Pack up and get ready to go home.
Counselor In Training Program (C.I.T.’s) -Students in 7th & 8th grades will be trained to help the staff with organizing sports and activities, be positive role models, develop a strong set of core values along with character building leadership skills, all of which reflect Barnhart’s mission.
