MindPrint assesses cognitive skills to better support our students in learning more efficiently and personalizing their instruction by understanding their strengths and needs.

RULER is an evidence-based approach to social and emotional learning (SEL) from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. It helps school communities understand emotions, enhance emotional Intelligence skills, and create a positive school climate.

Using gardens and hydroponic labs to teach STEM, conservation, nutrition, and entrepreneurship in engaging ways. This hands-on learning sparks curiosity and connects students to the natural world.

We are collecting new and gently used clothing and shoes to help those in need in our community.

Barnhart Middle School Financial Literacy Class

Barnhart’s new Financial Literacy class empowers students with the knowledge and skills to build a strong foundation for a successful financial future.

"Gabby's Dollhouse" Interview

One of our third graders was invited by the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles to interview the cast of "Gabby's Dollhouse," which included Kristin Wiig and Laila Lockhart Kraner. The Morris family has graciously donated several "Gabby’s Dollhouse" books to include in our school library.
