If you are looking to apply for immediate enrollment, here's how to begin your application for the 2026-2027 school year.

If you are looking to apply for the 2027-2028 school year, applications will be available on October 30!

STEP 1 - Inquire 

STEP 2 - Apply Online

  • Create an account to access the Application Portal (please use the same email used to submit your inquiry form)

STEP 3 - Complete Supplemental Documents

  • Submit Birth Certificate (TK, Kindergarten & First Grade)
  • Parent Questionnaire
  • Student Questionnaire (5th - 8th Grade Applicants)
  • Transcripts
  • Preschool Recommendation (TK & Kindergarten Applicants)
  • Teacher Recommendation
    • Grades 1 - 4 by core Teacher
    • Grades 5 - 8 by both English and Math teacher (if the teacher is the same for both subject areas, please have the teacher complete both recommendations)

STEP 4 - Student Assessment & Parent Interview

Parent interviews will begin in January 2027 for families who have submitted their applications. The student assessment will take place in February 2027 (all supplemental documents have been received).

Step 5 - Admissions Notification will be given on March 12, 2027

 

Applications and all supplemental documents are due February 1, 2026, for priority enrollment. After February 1, Barnhart transitions to Rolling Admissions.
 

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status online by logging in to your account.
