How to begin your application for the 2025-2026 school year.
STEP 1 - Inquire
- Fill out the inquiry form
STEP 2 - Apply Online - Applications will be available October 2024
- Create an account to access the Application Portal
STEP 3 - Complete Supplemental Documents
- Submit Birth Certificate (TK, Kindergarten & First Grade)
- Parent Questionnaire
- Student Questionnaire (5th - 8th Grade Applicants)
- Transcripts
- Preschool Recommendation (TK & Kindergarten Applicants)
- Teacher Recommendation
- Grades 1 - 4 by core Teacher
- Grades 5 - 8 by both English and Math teacher
STEP 4 - Student Assessment & Parent Interview
Parent interviews will begin in January 2025 for families who have submitted their applications. The student assessment will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025, for applicants with a completed application (all supplemental documents have been received).
Step 5 - Admissions Notification will be given on March 14, 2025
Applications and all supplemental documents are due February 14, 2025, for priority enrollment. After February 14, Barnhart transitions to Rolling Admissions.
