If you are looking to apply for immediate enrollment, here's how to begin your application for the 2025-2026 school year. If you are looking to apply for the 2026-2027 school year, applications are now available!

STEP 1 - Inquire

STEP 2 - Apply Online

• Create an account to access the Application Portal 

STEP 3 - Complete Supplemental Documents

• Submit Birth Certificate (TK, Kindergarten & First Grade)
• Parent Questionnaire
• Student Questionnaire (5th - 8th Grade Applicants)
• Transcripts
• Preschool Recommendation (TK & Kindergarten Applicants)
• Teacher Recommendation
  • Grades 1 - 4 by core Teacher
  • Grades 5 - 8 by both English and Math teacher

STEP 4 - Student Assessment & Parent Interview

Parent interviews will begin in January 2026 for families who have submitted their applications. The student assessment will take place in February 2026 (all supplemental documents have been received).

Step 5 - Admissions Notification will be given on March 13, 2026

 

Applications and all supplemental documents are due February 1, 2026, for priority enrollment. After February 1, Barnhart transitions to Rolling Admissions.
