** Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will be available mid-October. Please submit a Request for Information, and you will be notified when applications are live!

 

How to begin your application for the 2025-2026 school year.

STEP 1 - Inquire 

• Fill out the inquiry form 

STEP 2 - Apply Online - Applications will be available October 2024

• Create an account to access the Application Portal 

STEP 3 - Complete Supplemental Documents

• Submit Birth Certificate (TK, Kindergarten & First Grade)
• Parent Questionnaire
• Student Questionnaire (5th - 8th Grade Applicants)
• Transcripts
• Preschool Recommendation (TK & Kindergarten Applicants)
• Teacher Recommendation
  • Grades 1 - 4 by core Teacher
  • Grades 5 - 8 by both English and Math teacher

STEP 4 - Student Assessment & Parent Interview

Parent interviews will begin in January 2025 for families who have submitted their applications. The student assessment will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2025, for applicants with a completed application (all supplemental documents have been received).

Step 5 - Admissions Notification will be given on March 14, 2025

 

Applications and all supplemental documents are due January 31, 2025, for priority enrollment. After January 31, Barnhart transitions to Rolling Admissions.
