Financial Assistance

Barnhart strives to offer qualified applicants access to an independent school education when it might otherwise be out of reach. Financial assistance supports Barnhart's mission of providing an unexcelled quality education in an atmosphere of respect and love, encouraging independence and responsibility.

Every family situation is reviewed carefully, and an individual decision is made based on all available information.

The primary responsibility for financing a Barnhart education rests with the family.  Many families seek assistance through the Financial Aid program each year, and the resources are limited.  Therefore, we begin the review of each family’s financial circumstances with the assumption that family resources will be used to the maximum extent possible.

Barnhart’s range of financial aid is most common in the range of 35%-50% of tuition.  Barnhart does not provide financial assistance for fees, dues, field trips, and other incidental expenses.
