Ballet provides busy parents with convenience and offers children chances to develop socialization skills, improve posture, foster independence, increase coordination, and explore creativity in a safe environment. Ballet teaches children how to move within the spaces provided. Connecting with their bodies through movement is important for cognitive development as it prepares students for enhanced learning. Classes instill a sense of discipline and creativity. 

Data shows that Ballet improves STEM critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a sense of discipline. Classes are taught by professional-quality instructors.
